I have lived in Brooks all my adult life. I married my best friend, Todd, and together we have one beautiful daughter, Makayla. We enjoy getting lost in the wilderness backpacking and endless hours cruising in our convertible.

I received my massage therapy 2200-hour diploma through Medicine Hat College. I graduated in 2012, however, I started working as a massage therapist between my first and second years. I enjoy the therapeutic aspect of massage and trying to figure out what the soft tissues are “saying”. In March 2017 I attended a shock wave therapy level one course instructed by Brent Moreau of Active Solutions for Health, and then in September 2017, I completed level two. I enhanced my education by becoming a massage instructor for East West College.

I am excited to announce that I am now certified to work on all TMJ (Jaw) dysfunctions. During the entire month of November 2022, I completed an extensive course allowing me to be certified to work on jaw dysfunctions. I work closely with local doctors, chiropractors, and dentists within the community.
